- Training Trip to Brazil: During a 2022 trip, Riggs and the victim reportedly stayed together in an Airbnb. The victim alleged that sexual acts occurred nightly and that they watched pornographic videos together. Riggs reportedly acknowledged the risk of statutory rape charges and instructed the victim to keep their relationship secret.
- Exploitation via Snapchat: Riggs allegedly used Snapchat to solicit explicit photos and videos from the victim, providing specific instructions for the content. Saved messages revealed explicit fantasies and admissions of sexual acts. The complaint also describes how Riggs pressured the victim to erase any written records of their relationship, including diary entries. The complaint reveals that Riggs instructed the victim to avoid documenting their interactions, including in her diary, and to keep their relationship a secret. He began using Snapchat to communicate with her, requesting explicit images and videos and providing detailed instructions on what he wanted. The victim saved one of these Snapchat conversations, in which Riggs described sexual acts he wanted to perform on her when she was 16.

Investigators uncovered evidence suggesting that Riggs was also engaged in a sexual relationship with another minor, a 16-year-old player. Snapchat conversations revealed discussions of explicit activities and plans for Riggs to visit the minor while her parents were away.
