This distinction is only awarded to a select number of companies who qualify as a Top Workplace based on employee sentiment. In 2024, more than 19,000 workers completed the survey that was used to rank businesses. For Goldenfarb, it’s all about establishing a positive company culture:

2. Has built GOLDLAW into a Regional Powerhouse

After gaining experience as a litigator at a large plaintiff’s personal injury law firm in Miami, Craig moved to West Palm Beach and opened his own practice with one other employee. 22 years later, GOLDLAW has grown into one of the most successful PI law firms in the southeast. With 10 attorneys and more than 75 full-time support staff, the firm generates eight figures in gross revenue annually.

3. Creation of the 7 Figure Attorney Summit

Launched in 2017, the 7 Figure Attorney Summit (7FA) is an intensive 1-day workshop created by Craig where he shares the formulas/strategies he’s developed over the years with other Attorney CEOs so they can better serve clients and maximize revenue for their practices. 2025’s Summit will be taking place in Orlando.
