Hervey argued the image was fabricated—a digital collage created to falsely implicate the Prince. She claimed to have measured architectural elements in the home where the photo was allegedly taken, concluding that the scene was physically impossible.
But Spencer Kuvin, who has represented numerous Epstein survivors, cut through the noise with a pointed reality check:
“This is nothing more than a distraction. Prince Andrew was associated with a known pedophile—and no amount of aristocratic enablers will change that.”
Kuvin went on to highlight what many in the legal community have pointed out: Prince Andrew chose to settle the case against him for millions of dollars rather than face trial—an action that, while not an admission of guilt, sends a message.
“He paid millions of dollars to settle allegations that he sexually assaulted a 17-year-old girl—not once, but three times,” Kuvin stated. “Let that fact speak for itself.”
The most emotional moment of the discussion came from Sky Roberts, Virginia’s father. He revealed that his daughter had shown him the original photograph before it ever became public and that she had received threats from Epstein aimed at her family.
