PRIDE Delray Beach Festival coming up on Saturday, June 8th!
GOLDLAW is proud to announce its sponsorship of the PRIDE Delray Beach Festival & Concert, which will take place on Saturday, June 8, 2024.
Presented by the City of Delray Beach’s Downtown Development Authority, this FREE event will start in Pineapple Grove on NE 2nd Avenue at 4:00pm with live entertainment and vendors, and end with a live concert starting at 7:30pm at the Old School Square Amphitheatre.
GOLDLAW has long been a supporter of the LGBTQ+ community, and firm Employee Experience Coordinator Gerald Arroyo will be leading company presence at the event. “As a proud gay man, and a South Florida Drag entertainer, I can’t begin to express what a privilege it is to work for a company that cares about me and my happiness by supporting my dreams and aspirations, and extending the same support and love to the local LGBTQ+ communities. It really is an honor to be representing GOLDLAW at the PRIDE Delray Beach Festival, and letting underserved communities know they can turn to GOLDLAW and will be welcomed, respected, and heard.”
In 2021, the City of Delray Beach created the Pridescape painting of the inclusive flag at the intersection of NE 2nd Venue and NE 1st Street to show city support for people of color and trans and non-binary individuals. “The Pride Streetscape is about solidarity, inclusion, and visibility; a proud celebration of our city’s diversity,” said former two-term Mayor Shelly Petrolia.
