That’s why for **Pride Month 2024**, we’re partnering with LGBTQ+ organizations locally and around the country to lead the way encouraging other **attorneys and law firms to pledge to become an Ally in your community.**

Simply put, an Ally is committed to supporting and promoting equal civil rights, gender quality, and LGBTQ+ social movements, and take a stand against homophobia and transphobia. Any Ally acknowledges that members of this community suffer discrimination, and as a result, can be socially disadvantaged. An Ally thus pledges to use their position and advantage to counter discrimination.
